Reminded me of two things:

1) The Sultan of Brunei's shack in Regent's Park:

If location, location, location really is the first rule of real estate this is probably the most valuable private property in England. As a starting guess, £200 million.

2) If that's too much there are the dollhouses of Mulvany and Rogers. This Spencer House knock-off went for £200,000.
